1. Introduction & Overview

Welcome to ACCAPassPoint Online Academy ("ACCAPassPoint", "we", "us", or "our"), operated under the lead directorship of educator Sir Mahad Usama. By accessing or registering an account on our website, purchasing an ACCA or AAT course, or using our Learning Management System (LMS), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Student Account & Single-User Access License

  • Personal License: Course enrollments grant a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access designated course materials for educational purposes.
  • Single Course Scope: Enrollments apply strictly to the individual course paid for (e.g. Audit & Assurance AA). Purchasing one course does not confer access to other ACCA or AAT papers.
  • Strict Account Sharing Ban: Account sharing, credential distribution, or simultaneous multi-device logins are strictly prohibited. Our automated security telemetry monitors active sessions and IP ranges to protect system integrity. Any account found sharing access will be suspended immediately without refund.

3. Student Account Approval & Verification

All new student accounts default to pending_approval status upon registration. Portal access is activated once email verification and admissions review by Sir Mahad Usama & team are completed. Approved students receive an automated confirmation email with portal login instructions.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection

All video lectures, revision kits, past paper solutions, mock exams, downloadable PDFs, and proprietary teaching materials on ACCAPassPoint are the exclusive intellectual property of Sir Mahad Usama & ACCAPassPoint.

Prohibition of Piracy: Recording, screen-capturing, downloading video streams, re-uploading, or commercial distribution of any course content is strictly forbidden and subject to civil and criminal legal action under international copyright law.

5. Fees, Currencies & Payment Processing

  • Multi-Currency Pricing: Prices are displayed in regional currencies (PKR, GBP, USD, EUR, UGX, KES). Regional price overrides are set per course according to geographic markets.
  • TapTap & Payment Links: Custom dynamic payment links issued via WhatsApp or Email expire per transaction parameters.
  • Receipt Verification: Direct bank or mobile money payments (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, M-Pesa) require uploading a valid transaction receipt screenshot/PDF for 1-click admin verification.

6. Course Access Duration & Modifications

Standard course access is valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment approval unless otherwise specified during checkout. ACCAPassPoint reserves the right to update syllabus content, add mock exams, or modify portal features to align with updated ACCA / AAT exam specifications.
