Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility & Guidelines

At ACCAPassPoint, we are committed to providing world-class ACCA & AAT instruction led by Sir Mahad Usama. We recognize that circunstancias may arise where a student requests a course adjustment or refund.

• 7-Day Refund Window: Refund requests submitted within 7 calendar days of course enrollment approval are eligible for evaluation provided that less than 15% of course video lectures have been consumed.
• Course Swap Option: Students may request a one-time paper transfer (e.g. swapping from Audit & Assurance AA to Financial Reporting FR) within 14 days of purchase at no additional charge.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Requests submitted after 7 days from enrollment approval.
• Accounts where more than 15% of total course video content or downloadable resources have been accessed.
• Accounts suspended due to violations of our Terms & Conditions (such as account sharing, credentials distribution, or video piracy).

3. How to Request a Refund or Course Swap

To submit a refund or course swap request, please contact our admissions team:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment channel (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, M-Pesa, or Tap Payments) within 5 to 7 business days.
